Separating yourself emotionally is one thing, trying to do that while still be involved day to day post acquisition is an entirely different challenge.

Do you have any advice for a startup that *wants* to sell. Are there any marketplaces that deal with startups. [ex: 1 year, broke even, good domains, strong relationships, steady sales, etc]
